Political Cartoon week one quarter 2

The above cartoon, by Dan Wasserman of the Boston Globe, shows a man who is obviously sick watching a television program anouncing that if you have an election lasting more than four years that you should contact a docter. The man is also holding a newspaper reading "Endless Campaign". The man represents everyone in America and the cartton itself is used to ridicule the election campaign process in America. The cartoon's message comes from the point-of-view of everyday Americans that believe that the current campaigning process is too long. Already campaigns for the 2012 election are underway and were still a year out from it.
